Why SHRED-6
is Different
Most fitness programmes ask you to trust the process. SHRED-6 measures it. Eight health pillars tracked together, a dashboard that updates as your data does, and a six-week structure built on twenty years of coaching. Your progress, quantified rather than guessed at.
Built on Measurement.
Not Guesswork.
SHRED-6 isn’t just a workout plan. It is a health tracking system with a six-week programme attached. Every element exists to make what is happening to your body visible, rather than something you have to take on faith.
When you join SHRED-6, you don’t just get a training programme. You get a personal performance dashboard, a scoring system across eight pillars, and a structured six weeks that tells you at every assessment exactly where you stand.
Established Training Principles
Built around progressive overload, structured recovery and habit formation. Well-tested methods, applied consistently, not fads.
Twenty Years of Coaching
The eight-pillar model comes out of two decades of personal training and the patterns that kept repeating in real clients with real lives.
Actionable Insights
Track your progress with the Optimality Score and Body Age, and use the pillar breakdown to see which part of your week is actually holding you back.
You Can’t Fix
What You Can’t See.
Every metric SHRED-6 tracks exists for one reason: to turn a vague sense of whether it is working into something you can actually look at.
What Makes SHRED-6 Different?
Four things that set SHRED-6 apart from every other six-week programme. All of them come back to the same idea: measure it, then work on the part that is weakest.
Eight Pillars, Not One
Multi-pillar health tracking across Athleticism, Body, Cardio, Hydration, Fuel, Cheats, Mindset and Lifestyle. Together these produce your Optimality Score and Body Age.
The EvolveFit365 app tracks eight interconnected aspects of your health and lifestyle rather than one or two. From that it generates two figures: your Optimality Score, a single number reflecting your overall health performance, and your Body Age, which compares your recorded measurements against typical values for your chronological age. Together they give you a view of where your strengths and weak points actually are, so you can put your effort where it will make a difference instead of guessing.
Illustrative dashboard values
Data You Can Actually Read
Interactive dashboards show progress trends, your Optimality Score, and where each pillar sits week by week.
Raw health data is useless if you cannot interpret it. The dashboards turn what you record into graphs and trend lines that map changes across individual metrics like cardiovascular health and hydration. Because the pillars sit alongside each other, you can see the interplay between them: the week your sleep dropped and your training scores followed, for instance. That is the point at which tracking stops being admin and starts being useful.
A Structured Six-Week Challenge
A deliberately structured programme built to make progress visible across all eight pillars over six weeks.
At the heart of SHRED-6 is a challenge structure with a beginning, a middle and an end. Six weeks is long enough for changes to show up in the data and short enough that most people can actually see it through. Each phase builds on the last, with assessments at Weeks 0, 2, 4 and 6 so the progression is anchored to something you measured rather than something you felt.
Everything in One Place
Workout, nutrition and hydration plans that work together, rather than three separate things you have to reconcile yourself.
Most people fail on the joins rather than on any single element. The training plan is fine, the diet is fine, but nothing connects them and the whole thing collapses in week three. SHRED-6 puts workouts, nutrition and hydration into one structure and one dashboard, designed around real life and a pair of dumbbells. No gym, no equipment list, no reconciling four different apps.
The Areas SHRED-6 Tracks
Four of the areas your assessments cover, and what each one is actually telling you.
Body measurements and composition tracked over the six weeks, rather than a single number on the scale that moves for a dozen reasons unrelated to fat.
How your recorded results compare with typical values for your chronological age. Updated at each assessment so you can see the direction of travel.
Resting heart rate, blood pressure and endurance benchmarks, tracked from your baseline through to the final assessment.
Daily fluid intake logged and scored. The simplest thing in fitness to fix, and the one almost nobody actually tracks.
Your Six Weeks,
Tracked Every Step
A look at the key metrics SHRED-6 records from Day 1, and how the picture builds across the programme.
Metric 01, Optimality Score
One Number,
Eight Inputs
The Optimality Score combines all eight pillars into a single trackable number out of 100. Everyone starts at a different score depending on their baseline assessment, so it is not a target to hit but a line to move. As your training, recovery and habits line up over the six weeks, the score responds.
The point is not the number itself. It is watching which way it moves, and knowing which pillar moved it.
Metric 02, Body Age
A Different Way
to Read the Data
Body Age takes the measurements and benchmarks you record and expresses them as an age, compared against typical values for someone of your chronological age. It is a way of making abstract numbers land. Most people find one figure they can picture more motivating than six they cannot.
Body Age is recalculated at every assessment, so it reflects what you have actually recorded rather than how you feel that day.
Metric 03, Cardiovascular Fitness
The Engine
Underneath
Cardiovascular fitness covers heart health, endurance and how quickly you recover. SHRED-6 records resting heart rate, blood pressure and endurance benchmarks at each assessment, so improvements show up in the data rather than only in how the stairs feel.
Recovery time is the metric most people never track, and often the first one to move.
The Blueprint in Numbers
Not outcome promises. Just what the programme contains and how often it checks in on you.
health pillars tracked simultaneously, not one metric in isolation
full fitness assessments, at Weeks 0, 2, 4 and 6
intensity levels, all included in the single one-off price
gym memberships required. Dumbbells and a bit of floor space
Six Weeks.
Eight Pillars.
One structure, one dashboard, and a number that tells you the truth at every assessment.
Is SHRED-6 For You?
It probably is if you have trained before without much to show for it, if you like knowing where you stand rather than being told to trust the process, or if you want a structure with a clear end date rather than an open-ended subscription.
It asks something of you. The tracking only works if you record your data, and the assessments only mean something if you actually do them. Six weeks of turning up is the deal. That is also the condition of the guarantee.
And if it doesn’t work? Complete the six weeks, log your daily activity, and if your data shows no measurable improvement, claim within 14 days of finishing and we refund you in full. Full terms on the refund policy page.
